How do I access TrotroRewards?
REWARDZONE FAQ
1. What benefits do I get as a TroTro App user?
As a TroTro Rewards user, you’re entitled to a host of exclusive benefits. With TroTro Rewards everyone is a winner regardless of the individual rewards member types. Look under the chart for various membership benefits in detail.
2. Can I earn cash on promo rides or rides booked with Promo Codes?
No! You can only earn cash on self-paid or fully paid completed trips or services request.
3. Who qualifies for any TroTro Rewards tiers?
The TroTro Rewards program has 6 tiers – Jubilee, Bronze, Silver, Diamond, Gold and Platinum. With only Jubilee membership which is free and has automatic enrolment on sign-up, the rest are all premium membership with membership fees.
4. When can I redeem my earnings?
TroTro Rewards Scheme has Payout or payment maturity set period for each Rewards member tier. Take a second look at your member type and payout period.
Payments are automatically deposited into members Wallets at the payout set date.
5. How do I access TroTro Rewards?
Head over to the TroTro Rewards Menu in TroTro app to browse through the various rewards on offer.
- Step 1: Tap on the icon at the top left corner of your TroTro home screen and select “RewardZone” from the side menu
- Step 2: Choose your preferred rewards category to explore available rewards. Select “Silver” if you’re looking for Silver Ride Rewards as an example
- Step 3: Tap on “Purchase or Upgrade” once you find a reward you like
- Step 4: Your reward will be upgraded to your “My Rewards” page, and member will earning per the terms and of that premium member upgraded.
6. Can I increase my referrals by Matrix?
No. You can only increase your referrals on through organic sign-ups. To reach powerplay multiplier – You have to manually or personally recruit other news members to the TroTro App using your unique Referrals Code which you will find under “INVITE FRIENDS” menu.
The count of referrals made will be applicable to the direct introduction to one level and it is not counted for sub levels. Eg., A introduces B. B introduces C. The number of referrals made by A is 1. Number of referrals made by B is 1.
7. I am a Platinum member – Can I downgrade?
Yes! You can downgrade only at your renewal time. You cannot downgrade during active time of membership period.
8. Can I track my referrals all the time in the App?
Yes! You track every referral anytime and anyday. Its easy in the App to keep track and keep up with the count as you match toward PowerPlay.
How do I do that?
1. Tap on the “Reward Zone” Menu
2. Tap on “check on Track”.
3. You will see, track your referrals and even filter by date or period
9. Can I expedite my Payout period?
No. You can’t expedite your earnings from your Reward Zone Wallet to your TroTro App Main Wallet.
10. What happen when I upgrade my membership?
Upon upgrading you reset the number of year to new Upgraded account duration but you carry your referrals with you
11. Are my benefits transferable to friends or to new car if I am a driver?
Benefits aren’t transferrable friends, new phone number or different new car
12. Could my tier be ‘downgraded’ a few levels down?
Yes downgrade is possible but it is only possible during renewal time.
13. Will I ever lose my current Silver, Gold or Platinum tier?
Tier ‘Lost’ happen when you don’t renew at your renewal cycle. You will automatically lose your tier and all your referrals under you.
14. Promo Code to subscribe to full member tier applies to specified member only?
Promo Code issued can only be apply to designated premium member type, for example, if there is PromoCode Value Ghs500.00 as contribution for Upgrade to Platinum Rider or Platinum Driver which cost Ghs1000.00– this can only apply towards Platinum membership ONLY and not for say SILVER membership if to upgrade to silver cost Ghs500.00. Similarly, we can have promocode for upgrade towards Silver Member for say GHS200.00 then member has to contribute remaining balance towards upgrading to SILVER membership.
15. When does my earnings end as Jubilee member?
Earnings expires when members introduced relationship reaches the end of active earning cycle. Eg., When A introduces B on 16-Dec-2018, A will get earning percentage of each completed trip of B till 15-Dec-2019
16. What happens when my referrals reach PowerPlay?
When you reach your powerplay, nothing changes with the duration – your earning just change and duration remains the same. Example if I am Rider Diamond Member and duration is 2yrs, now If I don’t make my 3000 referrals in my first year and make it in my 2ND yr, I will make the powerplay earning potential for the remainder of time to my 2ND year only. When it get to 2ND year it will expire as in you will earn only new referrals who’s referrals are still active for 2years.
NOTE: Diamond Member will earn on members recruited within Diamond period only. New member recruited after the 2yrs period when the premium membership expired will not earn member cash. Diamond member will lose all referees members if no renewal.
17. Is there a time period of renewal period or Renewal can be done anytime?
Renewals should be done in the last 10days before 5years period ends – Notifications will be sent out to remind members to three times with starting with 10th days to expiration renewal alert, 5days more to member expiration renewal alert and lastly before last day renewal reminder alert.
NOTE: you need to be in active subscription membership to renew or you lose all referees when the renewal period elapsed.
18. Do I pay any fee for Funds transfer from Reward Wallet to Main TroTro Wallet?
Yes! There shall be a processing fee from Reward Wallet to Main TROTRO wallet – the processing fee will be 25% of total reward balance earning to be transferred to TROTRO Main wallet – this processing fee is subject to change at any change.
19. Will there ever be increment with Renewal Premium Membership fee?
This may not be an annual occurrence but please be on the lookout changes that might occur in the future on premium membership on Bronze, Silver, Diamond, Gold and Platinum.
20. What happens when my referees forget to enter the REFERAL CODE provided?
Failure of new member registration to use REFERRAL CODE or INVITATION once registered cannot be undone – Member should strictly ensure that their new recruits enter their Invitation Code or Referral codes accordingly at the time of registration. Admins cannot help with this when referees fail to enter the right unique inviting code.
21. Is there a limit of how many referrals anybody can make?
No. There is no limit of the number of referrals you can make. We encourage users to refer as many new users as they want – the more you refer the more you earn. Make money on your own terms.
22. Does cash earning from Reward on only transport services on TroTro App?
Yes. For now we are only offering reward earnings on on-demand transport services. In the future we might extend Reward Zone program on other services offered on TroTro App – Stay Tuned!
