How does the Trotro Driver Pilot App works?

1. Download the App on Playstore or App store by searching for Trotro Pilot (for Drivers only) and Trotro (for Riders only) or  use these links:

2. Sign up with your social account (facebook account) or regular by using  first name, Last name, Email or phone number  and a password.

3. Upload documents for driver step number two. Required documents are the driver picture, Drivers' license, Drivers' road worthy certificate, drivers' insurance.Take a picture of all these documents and continue to step three.

4. Step three is where you add your vehicle details. On the same registration page the driver will see add vehicle button, this opens the page for driver to add his or her vehicle details such as the vehicle make, model, year, license plate, color, and specify the service the driver is providing by choose one or two of the checkbox.

The driver then waits for admin approval.

5. After admin approval the driver starts using the app.

6. Succesful registeration displays the map with go online or offline button.

Accept requests, drive to the pickup location, drive to dropoff location, end trip and get paid.

How does the Trotro Rider App works?

1. Download the rider application directly from Playstore or Appstore. With the rider app the name on the store is TROTRO.

2. Make sure your location is on.

3. Request for rides by enter your destination and selecting the service of interest.

Note: when the future button appears without the request now button, that means there are no vehicles available in your area.
